About Us

At Marsworth Preschool, we know all children are unique and tailor the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) around their individual strengths and interests. With well qualified Practitioners who have many years experience of child development, we plan activities for each child. This ensures all children are able to access and progress in each of the seven areas of learning within the curriculum.

We pride ourselves on offering our children an environment rich in educational and fun resources which encourages them to explore their surroundings, both indoors and out. By interacting and observing your child at play, we understand their individual characteristics of learning and create activities to suit their own unique stage of development whilst instilling confidence and belief in their abilities.

We work in partnership with parents and, with your input, create the children’s profiles which clearly show their next steps. These are worked towards by your child’s key person who will build a personal rapport with each child within their group. Our Practitioners are flexible and approachable, creating a home from home atmosphere which assists your child in settling in with us quickly. We understand all children are different and with our approachable attitudes, we endeavour to make this transition as stress-free as possible.
